Ivanhoe Amateurs congratulates Ivies original Georgia Aanensen on playing her 50^th game for the club in Round 4 (April 30).

Georgia has been a loyal and committed Ivies player since the opening season in 2017.

A versatile player, Georgia has lined up in most positions. She can play tall and take a good grab up forward and her athleticism ensures she gets to many contests and wins ball at ground level as well.

As a key defender last season when the Ivies made the Premier C finals, Georgia was a pillar of strength and a role model to younger teammates who enjoyed her calm and friendly demeanour.

Long may our lucky number 13 continue her commitment to the club – on and off the field.
