Ivanhoe AFC congratulates triple premiership player James ‘Shanga’ Lagreca on his 150^th game for the club in Round 1, 2023.

Shanga was co-captain of Ivanhoe’s Under 19s when they won the North division flag in 2014.

A clever, gutsy small forward whose trademark tackling and pressure is gold, Shanga earned a coaches award in the seniors for his blue-collar work ethic in 2018.

He won premiership medallions in Ivanhoe’s Div 2 reserves flag in 2015 and last year’s drought-breaking Div 2 seniors flag.
