Rob Pearce Medal

Ivanhoe’s Under-19s B&F is named after another tireless servant of the club, Rob Pearce.

Rob has held various committee positions over 25 years and continues to volunteer his services on match days.

He was president for ten years – 2000-04, 2010-11 and 2019-21 – and secretary in 1999.

Rob has also been convenor of the club’s coterie group the Black & Whites, which he established in 2005. The group has raised funds for a leadership program for young players and also recognises great club workers with the annual Harry Award, named after the late Harry Thomas.

Rob is a life member, Hall of Fame member, 2013 Harry Award recipient, and a VAFA Certificate of Merit recipient.
